Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • The item is returned with original packaging and tags.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Items returned after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or sale items.
  • Products without original packaging or tags.

International Orders

All international orders are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted for orders shipped outside India.

Please review your order carefully before placing an international order.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your payment provider or bank.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if an incorrect product was delivered.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
